Privacy Policy

This site is operated by Balázs Magyar E.V., an individual entrepreneur based in Budapest, Hungary, working under the professional name Kolin Marchand. I am the data controller for any personal data collected here. For any privacy question or request you can reach me at [email protected].

Contact form. When you send an enquiry I receive the information you choose to provide — your name, email address, and optionally your phone number, preferred date, budget and the message itself. I use this solely to respond to your enquiry and to discuss possible work. The legal basis is your consent (which you give via the checkbox) and the steps taken at your request prior to entering into a contract.

I do not use this website for advertising, profiling, or any kind of behavioural tracking. There is no Google Analytics, no advertising pixel, and no marketing cookies.

This site does not set any analytics or marketing cookies, so no cookie consent banner is required.

The contact page uses Cloudflare Turnstile, a privacy-friendly anti-spam check that protects the form from automated abuse. It may set a strictly necessary cookie for security purposes only; it does not track you across sites and is exempt from consent requirements.

Hosting and form delivery. The site and its contact endpoint are served via Cloudflare. When you submit the form your message is transmitted through Cloudflare to my email inbox (Google / Gmail).

Fonts. Pages load typefaces from Google Fonts. To serve them, Google receives your IP address. If you would prefer this not to happen, the fonts can be self-hosted on request — contact me and I will arrange it.

Instagram. The site links to my Instagram profile and displays images. No Instagram tracking is embedded; you are only connected to Instagram if you click through to it.

Enquiry messages are kept only as long as needed to handle your request and any resulting work, and are deleted once they are no longer relevant. You can ask me to delete them sooner at any time.

Under the GDPR you have the right to access the data I hold about you, to have it corrected or deleted, to restrict or object to its processing, to receive a copy of it, and to withdraw consent at any time. To exercise any of these, email [email protected].

You also have the right to lodge a complaint with the Hungarian National Authority for Data Protection and Freedom of Information (NAIH), naih.hu.
